In 1993, he took his first step — as a bearing agent, a Mumbai University graduate entering the world of construction with no inheritance, no dynasty, and no roadmap. What he did carry was the gift of seeing possibility where others saw emptiness, and the quiet discipline to build without ever taking shortcuts. By 1994, he had broken ground on his very first project; by 2024, he had brought eighteen to life, with his most ambitious vision still taking shape. He transformed a micro-market the industry had overlooked into the most vibrant commercial corridor in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region — and along the way, set the standard by which all of Navi Mumbai is now measured.
Parag Gandhi
As the group's first Director beyond the founding family, Parag is the steady hand that holds Rupa together. His deep market intuition, genuine relationships, and sharp commercial sense have quietly anchored the group's presence across Navi Mumbai for three decades.
Rounak Desai
